I love Bina’s Aromatic Chai spice! It’s great for tea but I really love it for french toast or sprinkling it on ice cream!

This morning I made coffee with whipped milk, and I sprinkled the Aromatic Chai on top–and oh, it was so delicious. Then I chopped some mixed nuts and drizzled them with butter but couldn’t decide which spice blend to use but settled on Bombay Masala. I mixed the spice in and baked the nut mixture (only at 300 due to the low smoke point of butter, which I learned in the class). This nut topping I will use over plain yogurt for a meal or snack.

I’ve followed Bina’s online recipe and made outstanding chai drinks. I’ve also added this spice to breads and pancakes with remarkable results. I plan on adding it to my next batch of pumpkin pie.
