Description
Tikka Masala is a blend of spices that originated in the region of Punjab in northern India. Of all of the Indian culinary creations, Tikka Masala is the one that has gained popularity all over the world. Mouths start watering as soon as they hear “butter chicken.” This fragrant spice blend will for a few sweet moments transport you with the flavors of India.
Try my Tikka Masala with roasted or grilled meats, such as chicken or steaks, fish and shrimp, paneer, and roasted veggies. I have added a unique twist to my blend of Tikka Masala by adding saffron. Pair two tablespoons of Tikka Masala with a tablespoon of my Garam Masala will create magic in your kitchen. With these magical spices, you can transform your meals from bland to magnificent! This nature’s bounty appeases your body, mind and spirit.
