Spring Cooking Class: A Culinary Experience of South India
Spring is about new life, regeneration, and living foods. Learn the process of sprouting that can be used in many of your spring salads and vegetables or as a garnish on any of your dishes. I will also explain the process of fermentation for my idli recipe. In addition, this menu is gluten-free.
Have a cultural experience of South India with my Spring Menu, which is also entirely Ayurvedic. Most of all, we are here for fun and laughter! I will show you how to bring together many elements and ingredients to create a harmonious symphony of flavors and aromas. Get inspired, gain confidence, and feel empowered!
