Right Now – Fort Collins Yoga

Right now you are juggling 17 different tasks.

Right now there are things happening you cannot control.

Right now your left ankle itches.

Right now someone is unhappy with you.

Right now you are breathing in and out.

Right now you could be on your mat, but you aren’t.

Right now you have the power to mentally release all of the above except the breathing.

Do that. Right now.

Breathe and be grateful.
