A Powerful Time of Transition

Winter is a time to be silent, stare at the crackling fire, and contemplate what inspires you for the new year. Spring is a time to get outside and soak up the sun. Bulbs slowly start sprouting and birds begin their cheerful chirping. It’s a great time of rejoicing because everything is sprouting and coming to life. As the weather gets nicer, the principles of Ayurveda encourage you to slowly transition your meals to lighter foods such as greens.

We are about to experience a very potent opportunity for establishing intention during this time of transition from winter into spring, with a full moon and the Spring Equinox in the northern hemisphere today (March 20th, 2019). The full moon will also be a supermoon, which is closer to the Earth.

This is the perfect time to plant your seeds of intention and nurture them with your thoughts, feelings and actions so that they grow into something beautiful. What is it that you want to bring into fruition? What is the thread or idea that you will follow?
