Mango salad

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 serrano, diced small
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced small
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced small
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Bombay Masala

Instructions

  1. Chop and assemble all ingredients. Mix well and serve chilled!
